Dementia Poster Story
This is my mother and me back in 1962. My mother is in her 90's now. She has dementia and lives in a nursing home.
Today, my mother cannot tell others who she is, and what she likes to talk about.
Being a graphic designer, I created a poster showing her lifestory and later a photo poster, showcasing memories from her life. The posters let her helpers and her visitors know her. With them, they can talk to Mom about the things that matter to her.
